I want all people to feel comfortable and accepted in my practice Includere. This means for me: I design my practice and my entire offering as inclusively as possible. For me, inclusion also includes how I think and act. I treat all people with warmth, without discrimination, and with respect. I explicitly do not judge genders, sexual orientations, and limitations. I look forward to getting to know you! Just as you are.
My practice Includere is designed to be barrier-free

The system transmits sounds wirelessly to hearing aids. This allows people with hearing aids to understand spoken words more clearly.
Acoustic panels and carpets reduce sound and therefore disruptive noise for a pleasant atmosphere.
A changing table is part of the practice equipment and is available to all visitors.
Hygiene products are available for all people. How someone identifies is not a criterion.
Unfortunately, my practice can only be reached via 7 steps. It is still unclear whether I can change this. As alternatives to a practice visit, I offer home visits, online psychotherapy, online courses, and online events.
My practice is wonderfully central in Potsdam. However, police cars and ambulances with sirens pass by several times a day. If this is a trigger for you, let me know before your visit. Then we will use a room facing the backyard. There we only hear the sirens from a distance.

Accessibility in all areas.
For my courses, you can book sign language interpreters at no additional cost.
Work and course materials are also available in Braille.
I write my texts in the simplest language possible.
Smartphones, tablets, and computers can read the texts aloud.

Gender-inclusive language doesn't just name female readers and male readers. It also makes trans*, inter, and non-binary people visible. A symbol is placed between the male and female form for them. For example: a colon in readers:all. I think that's great. Nevertheless, you can also choose binary address on my website – female readers and male readers.
Why? Because these texts are easier to read aloud. So you can decide as needed.
