Room Rental
I rent out rooms in my practice in the city center. The practice has been freshly renovated and is modernly furnished. The therapy room is suitable for both individual sessions and couple counseling and is fully equipped.
The seminar room can be used for courses, coaching, lectures, or similar. It has space for up to 10 people. There is a smart board and work materials. For breakout sessions, the kitchen and therapy room can also be used.
The use of the office is possible by arrangement.
The practice has wide passageways, a spacious bathroom with all necessary hygiene items for MIW/D babies and moms.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including microwave, water kettle, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
A cloakroom is also available.
The practice is located on Yorckstraße and is therefore very easily accessible by public transport, car, bicycle, and on foot.
My philosophy is: that this is a safe, unbiased place where any form of discrimination is excluded.
Rental is done with a usage contract and the respective costs are gross amounts (i.e., including all ancillary costs). There is the option to rent whole days (including weekends), half-days, or hourly.
