Looking back, it's quite clear: The common thread in my professional life has always been people. And my will to be there for them.
In personal 1:1 conversations. In diverse, multicultural teams. Advising in new life situations. In stressful moments such as culture shock, discrimination and serious illness. In building a network to support them.
It fulfills me to give others a safe space and to support them. That's why I've now made this my profession. As a state-licensed practitioner for psychotherapy, psychological counselor and EMDR therapist.
With some luck, we'll get to know each other personally. Then you'll have your own impression of me. That's what I prefer most. But until then: How would I describe myself?

I am a person,
who accepts other people as they are.
who wants every person to be recognized and considered with their individual needs. That's exactly what the name of my practice stands for: Includere.
who gives other people a safe space where they can simply be themselves. A space where they can freely live, express and explore their personal truth.
who likes to be a cheerleader for others. I love strengthening strengths and rejoicing with others. Genuine enthusiasm is a very powerful resource.
who has already gathered many experiences with people. Among others: With people from diverse cultures. People under heavy stress. People with mental and physical illnesses. People in personal crises. That's why I don't judge or evaluate, but simply accept my counterpart.
with a very strong sense of justice. I abhor exclusion and discrimination.
I want to support you and all my clients in the best possible way. This is an important responsibility that has many aspects for me. Among other things, I place great importance on:
I work with evidence-based psychotherapy methods. These are methods that demonstrably work. You can always ask me questions about this – I'm happy to answer them.
My practice Includere should always correspond to the current state of knowledge. That's why I continue my education according to the regulations for specialists. Regularly and with recognized further education.
Good quality management ensures reliable processes. In my practice Includere, I rely on strict quality management based on ISO 9001. I have this checked (audited) by external parties. So you can completely rely on my practice.
With data protection and data security, I follow GDPR and ISO 27001. All my employees, partners and auditors commit in writing to protect the data of my practice and thus also my clients. According to the professional code for practitioners (BOH), I am also bound by confidentiality.
